ABOUT Concepts Unlimited Promotional Merchandise
Concepts Unlimited was founded in September 1995, and has grown into one of the area's most award winning and civic minded distributors of custom imprinted promotional merchandise.
Over the past few years, Concepts Unlimited has been honored with four Diamond Awards for Outstanding Use of Promotional Merchandise by the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York (SAAGNY) and received the 2003 ASI Spirit Award, presented annually by the Advertising Specialty Institute.
In addition, Jonathan Riegel has received numerous awards from SAAGNY for his personal involvement within the organization, culminating with his receipt of the 2001 Samuel Turkus III Volunteer of the Year Award, the highest honor awarded to active volunteers.
Shortly after receiving the Turkus Award, Jonathan was nominated to serve on SAAGNY's Board of Directors, and in April 2005 was elected to serve as Treasurer. In January 2007 he was elected Vice President, and in January 2009 began his term as President of the association.
Concepts Unlimited firmly believes in giving back to the community. Annually since 2003, Concepts Unlimited has devoted significant resources to raise funds for the Amy Strong Memorial Fund for Melanoma Research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and has also helped support many other worthwhile endeavors. Such endeavors include the National Council of Jewish Women (Peninsula Section), the SAAGNY Foundation, scholarship funds at St. John's University and Hofstra University, an annual coffeehouse program to raise money for developmentally disabled adults, and various other activities and organizations.
